Job summary

MX Engineering Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a diligent Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, tender submissions and cost control for electrical projects.

You will prepare Bills of Quantities, perform take-offs, analyse costs, and coordinate with pricing, procurement, and site teams to mitigate risks and ensure value. 5+ years preferred; diploma/degree in QS or related field; strong MS Office and AutoCAD skills.

Qualifications

• Experience as Quantity Surveyor on electrical projects in Singapore.
• Proficient with tender platforms such as GeBIZ, Sesami and Tender Board.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender submissions including Bills of Quantities.
• Perform quantity take-offs to support cost estimation and tender submissions.
• Analyse project cost including equipment, material and labour.
• Attend site visits to identify site challenges and risks.
• Review cost comparisons and mitigate potential cost overruns.
• Coordinate with teams for compiling project cost estimates and procure materials.
• Ensure project cost control to meet objectives.
