Qualifications

• Experience in tendering for electrical construction projects.
• Proficient in reading drawings, specifications and BOQs.
• Able to prepare cost estimates and tender pricing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage tender process for electrical construction projects.
• Review tender drawings, specifications, BOQs and contract docs.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budget quotations and tender pricing.
• Source quotations from subcontractors, suppliers and service providers.
• Coordinate with project teams to complete tender submissions.
• Lead value engineering and cost-saving proposals as needed.
• Ensure timely and complete tender submissions and post-tender discussions.
