Job summary

You will work in a 5.5-day week, requiring an engineering degree and extensive QS experience in tenders or electrical sectors, to deliver precise cost control and contract documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Electronic) or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of working experience in QS (Tender or Electrical).
• 5.5-day work week (Alternate Saturday).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate tenders and cost estimates.
• Handle and ensure accurate Tender BQ.
• Source and compare cost and pricing.
• Prepare and submit tenders and contract documents.
• Study tender specifications and drawings; identify and prepare variation orders.
