Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in automotive & customer service industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to listen, empathize, and respond effectively to inquiries.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer queries.
• Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and understand vehicle servicing and repair needs.
• Explain service recommendations, repair progress, costs, and timelines clearly.
• Coordinate with technicians to diagnose issues and ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Prepare job cards, quotations, invoices, and warranty claims.
• Advise customers on preventive maintenance and inspection requirements.
• Conduct vehicle handover and explain repairs completed.
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally while delivering excellent service.
