ComfortDelGro Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a customer service professional to assist customers with vehicle servicing and repairs. You will explain recommendations, progress, costs, and timelines while coordinating with technicians to ensure timely repairs.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and CRM/MS Office proficiency, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. A Class 3 driving license and a 5.5 workday schedule are preferred.

Formación

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in automotive & customer service industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to listen, empathize, and respond effectively to inquiries.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer queries.
• Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Attend to customers and understand vehicle servicing and repair needs.
• Explain service recommendations, repair progress, costs, and timelines clearly.
• Coordinate with technicians to diagnose issues and ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Prepare job cards, quotations, invoices, and warranty claims.
• Advise customers on preventive maintenance and inspection requirements.
• Conduct vehicle handover and explain repairs completed.
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally while delivering excellent service.
