Job summary

TDCX Group is hiring a Customer Service Officer (Higher Education/ East) in Singapore. You will deliver outstanding service across phone, email and chat, understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions. The role emphasises first-contact resolution, teamwork, and continual process improvement.

Candidates should have a diploma or equivalent, at least 3 years in customer service, and strong English skills. Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with multiple systems are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or GCE ‘O’ Level/ Higher Nitec with at least 3 years of experience in the Customer Service industry.
• Effectively bilingual with strong command of spoken and written English.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and comfortable with multiple computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent multichannel customer support via phone, email and chat.
• Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Ensure first contact resolution and timely follow-up with partners and internal teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes to enhance satisfaction and efficiency.
• Build sustainable customer relationships and deliver long-term value.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support quality management standards.
