Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience, ideally in education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and adapting to new software.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and other channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
