Job summary

Responsibilities
  • Drive student enrolments to meet recruitment targets and achieve business.
  • Assess prospective students’ academic background, commitments, and motivations, and provide tailored advice on course selection and enrolment.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute targeted advertising campaigns and recruitment events to maximise conversion.
  • Analyse consumer behaviour and buying decision factors through ongoing competitor intelligence gathering and market analysis.
  • Monitor and report on education market trends, policy developments, and government initiatives affecting student recruitment.
  • Attend education fairs, conferences, and seminars to stay informed on competitor products, market developments, and new initiatives.
  • Maintain strong service relationships with existing students while generating new recruitment leads to achieve enrolment targets.
  • Build and sustain effective working relationships with key stakeholders, including university partner representatives.
  • Plan and deliver quarterly networking and feedback sessions for current students to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
