Job summary

NHG Health in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager/Manager for Emergency Department (ED) Support Services to run operational support, logistics, and facilities readiness. You will ensure the ED delivers safe and responsive care and work with clinical teams to minimise disruptions.

You will lead renovations planning, equipment commissioning, and budget management while driving continuous improvement across processes, dashboards and performance metrics to elevate ED readiness.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant operational management experience in healthcare preferred.
• Experience in logistics, facilities, inventory, or operational support services.
• Strong project and stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ED support services and clinical space readiness to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Oversee logistics, inventory management and equipment readiness; procurement and replenishment.
• Manage budgets, procurement, contracts, CAPEX/OPEX planning.
• Drive continuous improvement through workflow redesign and dashboards; lead the team.
