Job summary

NHG Health is seeking a Senior Executive, Operation Admin (Clinical Operations) to join the 2-year contract team in Singapore. The role partners with the Head of Department to drive clinical services across the care continuum and ensure performance against KPIs.

You will support clinical transformation, cancer care initiatives, and strategic growth while coordinating with stakeholders on equipment purchases and data management. Strong leadership and change management are essential.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of Department to develop and operate clinical services across the care continuum.
• Jointly account for business, financial and operational KPIs, including patient workload and surgical lead times.
• Support clinical transformation to improve access, value-based care and reduce out-of-network referrals.
• Drive the cancer care ecosystem development and service implementation across NHG Health PHI sites.
• Develop and execute business plans and marketing strategies to support growth.
• Collaborate on purchasing medical equipment to support clinical services.
• Support data management and analysis of performance indicators.
• Be a leader in embracing change and align department goals with hospital strategy.
• Foster continuous improvement and assist in corporate activities as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Reporting Officer.
