Job summary

NHG Health in Singapore seeks a Manager for Clinical Education (P&OD) to lead Life Support Training, the Simulation and Clinical Training Centre, and Surgical Skills Lab. You will ensure safe, well-governed, adequately resourced training environments and support workforce development.

You will collaborate with Clinical Directors and the Assistant Director to implement initiatives, manage budgets, and coordinate faculty deployment and training delivery across on-site facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree qualifications.
• Preferably 5+ years in healthcare or education capacity.
• At least 2–3 years managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Governance, quality and compliance for Life Support Training in line with standards.
• Plan and oversee Life Support Training to meet workforce needs and budgets.
• Develop and manage faculty deployment and development initiatives.
• Oversee SCTC and SSL operations, scheduling and capacity planning.
• Procurement, maintenance and inventory of training resources.
• Maintain policies for handling biological specimens and safety requirements.
• Coordinate cross-team projects with P&OD and other stakeholders.
