A sustainability-focused fintech company in Singapore is seeking an Ecosystem Programme Manager. This role involves managing multi-stakeholder initiatives, coordinating logistics, and ensuring programme alignment with commercial objectives. Candidates should have 2-5 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of sustainability topics. This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment that shapes national sustainability efforts.
Gprnt (pronounced “Greenprint”) is a green disclosure and data fintech launched by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (“MAS”), with a focus on helping businesses worldwide unlock their ESG data, transition their business models, and maximise their economic gains in the green economy.
Over the past year and half, we deployed our inaugural platform offerings comprising an automated Disclosure tool and a value-added services Marketplace; announced the rollout of our nationwide utility to power all Singapore businesses’ sustainability reporting needs; and most recently published a landmark study of Singapore SMEs’ sustainability readiness, in collaboration with the Singapore Business Federation and Sustainability Alliance.
As Gprnt scales, the delivery of well-run ecosystem programmes is critical to translating our ecosystem partnerships, commercial commitments, and public-private collaboration efforts, into tangible outcomes for the businesses community. We’re therefore on thelookout for a highly motivated Ecosystem Programme Manager to support the planning and execution of multi-stakeholder initiatives that span SMEs, large enterprises, financial institutions, solution providers, trade associations, and public sector partners.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking a hands-on approach to coordinating across multiple stakeholders, ensuring programmes are delivered professionally and smoothly, and operating in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment. You will work closely with Gprnt’s leaders, colleagues in our business teams, and external partners to ensure ecosystem programmes are effectively crafted and efficiently executed, in close alignment with the company’s commercial strategies and national sustainability objectives.
Joining our close-knit startup means playing a direct role in delivering national-level sustainability programmes while developing strong programme management and coordination skills. You will gain exposure to complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, have opportunities to wear multiple hats, and see the tangible impact of your work as our ecosystem efforts scale.
