Job summary

Samsung Electronics America is seeking an Ecommerce Sales Assistant Manager for Digital Appliances on a 6-month on-site contract in Singapore. You will drive end-to-end online sales across Samsung.com and major marketplaces, leading channel plans, launches, and promotional programs to hit revenue and margin targets.

You will monitor key KPIs, optimize pricing and merchandising, and collaborate with regional teams, marketing, and finance to ensure commercial readiness and strong conversions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in eCommerce sales, D2C channel management, or online business development.
• Experience collaborating across regional and global teams with strong stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical skills to track KPIs and optimize results.
• Excellent communication and leadership to drive cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for end-to-end online sales performance of Home Appliances and Air Conditioners across Samsung.com and key marketplaces.
• Develop and execute annual and quarterly channel plans, including pricing, promotional mechanics, bundles, and inventory alignment.
• Lead go-to-market planning and execution for major launches and double-digit campaigns, ensuring readiness, traffic, and conversion.
• Monitor KPIs (GMV, conversion rate, traffic, AOV, CAC, margin) and optimize pricing, media mix, merchandising, and promotions.
• Oversee product listings, content quality, review management, and merchandising strategy to improve discoverability and trust.
• Partner with BU, Performance Marketing, Regional HQ, and agencies to secure investment and alignment.
• Collaborate with BU and Finance on profit simulation, campaign approvals, and cost-to-serve discipline.
• Improve decision confidence for big-ticket purchases through clear flows, reviews, and post-purchase journey enhancements.
