Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is seeking an experienced eCommerce sales leader to drive end-to-end online performance for Home Appliances and Air Conditioners across Samsung.com and key marketplaces.

You will develop annual and quarterly channel plans, manage pricing, promotions, and inventory, and lead GTM efforts for major launches to maximize revenue and margins. Collaboration with regional teams and finance, plus data-driven optimization, are central to the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in eCommerce sales, D2C channel management, or online business development.
• Experience collaborating across regional and global teams, with strong stakeholder management skills to secure alignment and investment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience tracking KPIs such as revenue, conversion rates, and traffic performance and using insights to optimize results.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for end-to-end online sales performance of Home Appliances and Air Conditioners across Samsung.com and key marketplaces.
• Develop and execute annual and quarterly channel plans, including pricing, promotional mechanics, bundles, and inventory alignment to deliver revenue and margin targets.
• Lead go-to-market planning and execution for major launches and double-digit campaigns, ensuring strong commercial readiness, traffic acquisition, and conversion optimization.
• Monitor key KPIs (GMV, conversion rate, traffic, AOV, CAC, margin) and drive continuous optimization of pricing, media mix, onsite merchandising, and promotional structure.
• Oversee product listings, content quality, review management, and merchandising strategy to improve discoverability, conversion, and customer confidence.
• Partner with Business Units, Performance Marketing, Regional HQ, and agencies to secure investment, align strategy, and ensure seamless execution.
• Work closely with BU and Finance to manage profit simulation, campaign approvals, promotional spend, and cost-to-serve discipline.
• Improve decision confidence for big-ticket purchases (e.g., AC, HA) through clear process communication, site-visit flows, reviews, and post-purchase journey enhancements.
