Job summary

Samsung Singapore is seeking an experienced ecommerce sales leader to drive online performance for Home Appliances and Air Conditioners across Samsung.com and key marketplaces. You will develop channel plans, pricing, bundles, and inventory alignment to deliver revenue and margin targets.

You will lead go-to-market for major launches, monitor KPIs, optimize pricing and merchandising, and oversee product listings and reviews while partnering with regional teams, BU, and finance to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ecommerce sales, D2C channel management, or online business development.
• Experience collaborating across regional and global teams.
• Strong analytical skills to track KPIs (revenue, conversion, traffic).
• Excellent communication and leadership to drive cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end online sales performance across Samsung.com and key marketplaces.
• Develop and execute annual/quarterly channel plans: pricing, promotions, bundles, inventory alignment.
• Lead go-to-market planning for major launches and campaigns with strong commercial readiness.
• Monitor KPIs and optimize pricing, media mix, onsite merchandising, and promotions.
• Oversee product listings, content quality, reviews, and merchandising strategy.
• Collaborate with BU, Performance Marketing, Regional HQ, and agencies to align strategy and secure investment.
• Coordinate with BU/Finance on profit simulation, approvals, and cost-to-serve discipline.
• Improve decision confidence for big-ticket purchases through streamlined flows and post-purchase journey enhancements.
