Job summary

Samsung Southeast Asia & Oceania is seeking an experienced Ecommerce leader to drive online sales performance for Home Appliances and Air Conditioners across Samsung.com and partner marketplaces. You will shape annual and quarterly channel plans, manage pricing, promotions, and inventory, and lead go-to-market strategies for major launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in eCommerce sales or online business development.
• Experience collaborating across regional/global teams.
• Strong KPI tracking and data-driven optimization.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end online sales performance for Home Appliances and Air Conditioners on Samsung.com and marketplaces.
• Develop and execute annual/quarterly channel plans with pricing, promotions, and inventory alignment.
• Lead go-to-market planning for launches and campaigns with strong commercial readiness.
• Monitor KPIs (GMV, conversion, traffic, AOV, CAC, margin) and optimize pricing and promotions.
• Oversee product listings, content quality, reviews, and merchandising.
• Coordinate with BU, Performance Marketing, regional HQ, and agencies to secure investments.
• Work with BU and Finance on profit simulation, campaign approvals, and cost-to-serve.
• Improve decision confidence for big-ticket purchases via reviews and post-purchase journey enhancements.
