Job summary

Samsung Asia Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced eCommerce professional to own the online sales performance of Home Appliances and Air Conditioners across Samsung.com and key marketplaces. You will develop channel plans, optimize pricing and promotions, and lead major launches to drive revenue and margin.

You will monitor KPIs, oversee product listings and merchandising, collaborate with regional teams and agencies, and ensure efficient spend and post-purchase flows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in eCommerce sales, D2C channel management, or online business development, preferably in consumer electronics industry.
• Experience collaborating across regional and global teams with stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical skills to track KPIs and optimize results.
• Highly organized, results-driven, and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end online sales performance of Home Appliances and Air Conditioners on Samsung.com and key marketplaces.
• Develop and execute annual and quarterly channel plans with pricing, promotions, bundles, and inventory alignment.
• Lead go-to-market planning and execution for launches and major campaigns to drive revenue and margin.
• Monitor KPIs and optimize pricing, media mix, onsite merchandising, and promotions.
• Oversee listings, content quality, reviews, and merchandising to improve discoverability and trust.
• Collaborate with BU, Performance Marketing, Regional HQ, and agencies to secure investment and alignment.
• Work with BU and Finance on profit simulation, campaign approvals, spend, and cost-to-serve discipline.
• Improve decision confidence for big-ticket purchases through clear process communication and post-purchase flows.
