Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an East Asia C&SP Services & SPIBS Growth Leader to drive services growth across East Asia, shaping strategic account plans and multi-country agreements. You will partner with country teams and global accounts to translate opportunities into lasting service relationships, spanning CAPEX attachments, digital services, and lifecycle offerings.

You will lead the East Asia Consulting business, oversee delivery readiness, and guide governance to maximize service

Qualifications

10+ years of experience growing services businesses or working with data centres.
Knowledge in prefab power and cooling is mandatory.
Strong strategic account, commercial negotiation and multi-country stakeholder management in East Asia.
Understanding of recurring services, installed-base growth and CAPEX-project linkage.
Ability to balance customer requirements, competitive proposals and delivery feasibility.
Travel requirement around 35–40%.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional growth plans for C&S Services, SPIBS and Consulting.
Build relationships with regional stakeholders and lead service account plans and reviews.
Lead services workstreams in major tenders and multi-country agreements.
Grow recurring contracts, renewals, and digital services across the installed base.
Lead East Asia Consulting business and expand advisory opportunities.
Drive regional governance with hiring, capability, and readiness for growth.
