You will develop client accounts, build strong relationships with employers and candidates, and deliver targeted solutions while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial mindset with proven business development and sales skills.
• Existing client network to accelerate business generation is highly preferred.
• Experience in recruitment, staffing, or B2B sales to enhance sourcing and client engagement.
• Confident communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders.
• Self-driven with ability to generate income based on performance outcomes.

Responsibilities
