KITA SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a results-driven Freelance Employment Agent in Singapore to independently generate business and manage recruitment activities.

This role offers autonomy to leverage your client network and collaborate with our platform to deliver tailored talent solutions. You will develop client accounts, build strong relationships with employers and candidates, and deliver targeted solutions while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial mindset with proven business development and sales skills.
• Existing client network to accelerate business generation is highly preferred.
• Experience in recruitment, staffing, or B2B sales to enhance sourcing and client engagement.
• Confident communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders.
• Self-driven with ability to generate income based on performance outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage client accounts to identify recruitment opportunities.
• Build and sustain relationships with employers and candidates for successful placements.
• Analyze client hiring needs and deliver targeted talent solutions.
• Identify, screen, and shortlist candidates to meet client requirements.
• Coordinate recruitment processes including interview scheduling and onboarding.
• Collaborate with the company platform to enhance headhunting activities.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with Singapore employment regulations.
