You don't need extensive recruitment experience; we are happy to train someone with the right attitude and drive to achieve results. As a Junior Recruiter, you will be involved in the full recruitment cycle: source and identify candidates, review and shortlist, contact candidates, conduct initial screening, match candidates to jobs, and coordinate interviews

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Prior recruitment, sales, customer service or business development experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.
• Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple vacancies.
• Willing to learn and take feedback.
• Target-driven and motivated by achieving results.
• Good follow-up and time-management skills.
• Positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, databases, LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
• Review and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Contact candidates to understand their experience, career goals and job preferences.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.
• Match candidates to suitable job opportunities.
• Follow up closely with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Prepare and endorse candidate resumes to clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our ATS.
• Keep track of candidate progress, interview outcomes and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Develop an understanding of our clients' requirements and hiring needs.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
