Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to manage a portfolio of clients and fill permanent and contract roles.

You will handle the full hiring process from job brief to offer, engage with hiring managers and candidates, and bring in new clients through meetings and referrals. The role offers uncapped commission and office-based setup at New Tech Park, Singapore.

Formación

• Local Diploma or Degree, any discipline.
• At least 3 years in agency or in-house recruitment.
• Track record of hitting placement and revenue targets.
• Good at negotiating and dealing with clients.
• Familiar with Singapore hiring rules, including the Fair Consideration Framework and TAFEP guidelines.
• EA Personnel registration (or willing to get one) is an advantage.
