Job summary

ZHEN TANG PTE. LTD. is seeking a warehouse and fulfilment specialist to support daily inventory handling and order processing. You will receive, label, and organize stock, process orders from TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and the company website, and prepare shipments for dispatch.

Ideal candidates have warehouse experience, know how to use SellerCentre platforms, and can work effectively during livestreams and peak periods. Good English communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations or e-commerce fulfilment is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly in written English.
• Physically able to perform warehouse duties and move bulky products safely.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Process orders from TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada and the company website.
• Pick, check, pack and label small and bulky products accurately.
• Prepare orders for courier collection and ensure timely dispatch.
• Process product returns, exchanges, damaged items and restocking.
• Reply to customer enquiries regarding products, orders, deliveries and returns across all platforms.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalat[e]? refunds, compensation or complex cases to management.
• Monitor platform notifications, return requests and dispute deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse.
• Support high order volumes during livestreams and sales campaigns.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, e-commerce fulfilment or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopee or Lazada SellerCentre is an advantage.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills.
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally in writtenEnglish.
