Private Advertiser is seeking a Singaporean candidate for an hands-on E-Commerce Operations & Content Assistant role. The position blends warehouse duties with online marketplace work across platforms like Shopify, Shopee and Lazada.

You will photograph products, list items, and prepare simple social media content. The role involves working in a warehouse/packing area and collaborating closely with online platforms and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce or warehouse order fulfilment is preferred.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Shopee and Lazada is advantageous.
• Able to use a computer confidently and basic spreadsheet skills.

Responsibilities

• Check and process daily online orders, print order sheets and shipping labels.
• Pick products according to customer orders and verify details before packing.
• Pack orders securely with correct shipping labels.
• Assist with stock checks and keep packing area clean and organised.
• Take product photos and perform basic photo editing.
• Prepare and upload new product listings with details and stock quantities.
• Update listings when prices or stock changes.
• Help maintain Shopify, Shopee, Lazada and other online shops.
• Create short promotional content for social platforms and upload according to schedule.

About the role

We are looking for Singaporean. Hands-on 5.1/2 days E-Commerce Operations & Content Assistant role supporting a growing online business. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with both warehouse operations and online e-commerce platforms. This practical role involves order fulfilment, product listing, product photography and basic social-media content preparation. This is not a purely office-based position — the candidate must be willing to work in the warehouse/packing area as part of the daily job.

Key responsibilities

• 5.1/2 days job - Familiar online Marketing Knowledge. Online ideal to support the online marketing
• Check and process daily online orders, print order sheets, invoices and shipping labels
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time, and update order status on respective platforms
• Pick products according to customer orders and check product name, variant, quantity and condition before packing
• Pack orders neatly and securely for delivery and ensure correct shipping labels are attached
• Assist with stock checking and inventory accuracy, and maintain a clean and organised packing/work area
• Take clear and professional product photographs (front, back, side and detail photos) and perform basic photo editing, cropping and background preparation
• Prepare and upload new product listings with product information including name, description, selling price, promotion price, barcode/SKU, size/volume, images, variations and stock quantity
• Update existing listings when prices, promotions, stock or product information change
• Assist with daily operation and maintenance of Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, company in-house online shop and other online marketplaces
• Prepare product photos and simple promotional content for TikTok, Facebook and Instagram, assist in creating short product videos, and upload/post content according to company schedule

About you

• Experience in e-commerce, online marketplace operations or warehouse order fulfilment is preferred
• Familiarity with Shopify, Shopee and Lazada will be an advantage
• Able to use a computer confidently
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
• Able to take good product photographs using a phone or camera
• Basic knowledge of photo/video editing is an advantage
• Familiarity with TikTok, Facebook and Instagram
• Careful and accurate when processing orders
• Able to work independently and follow instructions
• Organised, responsible and willing to learn
