Job summary

GMM Technoworld Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Operations & E-Commerce Assistant to support warehouse inventory, order picking, packing and delivery documentation in a hybrid role at Ubi.

You will handle DOs, invoices, and coordination with 3PL couriers, while maintaining an organized, safe workspace and assisting the Operations Manager with stock and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates / entry-level applicants with a good attitude are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in e-commerce packing, warehousing, or logistics is preferred.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Excel/Word, email).
• Familiarity with e-commerce seller portals (Shopee/Lazada) or inventory software is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Daily picking, packing, and labeling of online orders across platforms (Shopee, Lazada) for courier collection
• Receive incoming stock shipments, inspect goods for damage, verify quantities against delivery notes, and arrange bin locations
• Conduct regular physical cycle counts, monitor stock levels, and prepare stock replenishment for retail partners and B2B clients
• Prepare Delivery Orders (DO), tax invoices, and shipping documents accurately; coordinate daily handovers with 3PL couriers (NinjaVan, J&T, Shopee Xpress, etc.)
• Maintain a safe, clean, and neatly organized warehouse and packing workstation

About the role

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and hands-on Operations & E-Commerce Assistant to join our team in Ubi.
