ATAS DISTRIBUTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly organized Customer Service Officer to manage our e-commerce operations across Lazada, Shopee, and Shopify. You will handle online orders, provide excellent support, and coordinate with warehouse teams.

The role emphasizes independence, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with CRM software. You will ensure timely order fulfillment, respond to inquiries, and maintain accurate records while delivering a friendly customer experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle administrative tasks and provide excellent customer support.
• Manage and process online orders, returns and exchanges.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain customer records and perform data entry and documentation.
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and delivery tracking.
• Follow company policies and confidentiality guidelines.
• Take on ad-hoc tasks as required.

Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Service Officer to manage our e-commerce operations across platforms like Lazada, Shopee, and Shopify. If you have a knack for multitasking, customer service, and managing online orders, we want you as our team.

• Handle administrative tasks and provide excellent customer support

• Manage and process shift orders, returns and/or exchange efficiently on our online platforms
• Respond to customer inquiries and reply to messages promptly via phone, email, chat room in a professional manner.

• Carry out delivery of our full range of products as assigned;

• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations

• Maintain customer records and assists with office operations to ensure smooth business functioning. Update database as required, data entry, documentation, and filling

• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and delivery tracking. Arrange delivery route using company system

• Follow company policies and confidentiality guidelines

• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirements:

• Be independent in work and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).
• Prior experience in administration or customer service is a plus.
• Familiar with CRM software is a plus.
• Patience and professionalism in handling customer concerns.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer interaction.
