Job summary

Bolttech is seeking a diligent Warehouse Associate in Singapore to oversee inbound and return shipments, inspect devices, and ensure accurate stock placement. You will collaborate with logistics partners to meet performance targets and maintain a safe, organized warehouse environment.

The role requires a Diploma with 3–5 years in smart devices repair, experience with inventory software, and strong English/Malay communication. It is a fast-paced, independent, results-driven position.

Qualifications

• Diploma with minimum of 3-5 years working experience preferably in smart devices repair.
• Experience on inventory and logistic software programs.
• Able to work in fast paced environment, independent, customer focused, result oriented & disciplined.
• Adaptable and able to work on own with minimal supervision.
• Willing to take challenges, multitask, plan effectively and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate good written and oral communication skills in English and Malay.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills are required with emphasis on achieving results.
• Able to follow the operational procedures and prepares strategic plans to ensure adherence to warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring on inbound and return shipment.

• Perform put away and location changes of goods based on status and store goods appropriately.
• Pick and pack orders; perform quality assurance checks.
• Dispatch orders to courier or logistics company.
• Perform all transactions in warehouse management systems.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Perform warehouse inventory controls, stock counting and location checks.
• Perform all duties associated with warehouse operations.
• Operate safely adhering to health, safety and environmental requirements.

In this position you will....

Receive, check & verify the inbound and return shipments, and stock levels. Evaluates deliveries, shipments, and to perform inspection & diagnostic of the return devices

Drive and oversee end-to-end of warehouse and logistic businesses. Collaborative and working together with logistic vendor to delivered result as objective set.

You will be responsible for…
