Job summary

ZHEN TANG PTE. LTD. is seeking a warehouse and fulfilment specialist to support daily inventory handling and order processing. You will receive, label, and organize stock, process orders from TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and the company website, and prepare shipments for dispatch.

Ideal candidates have warehouse experience, know how to use SellerCentre platforms, and can work effectively during livestreams and peak periods. Good English communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations or e-commerce fulfilment is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly in written English.
• Physically able to perform warehouse duties and move bulky products safely.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, label and arrange incoming inventory.
• Maintain stock records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Process orders from TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada and the company website.
• Pick, check, pack and label products accurately.
• Prepare orders for courier collection and dispatch on time.
• Process returns, exchanges and restocking.
• Respond to customer enquiries across platforms.
• Handle complaints and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Monitor platform notifications and deadlines.
• Keep warehouse clean, organized and safe.
• Support high order volumes during livestreams and campaigns.
