Job summary

Kit Cat International Pte Ltd is seeking a livestream host to engage customers across TikTok Shop, Shopee Live and other platforms. You will present products, respond to live questions and drive online sales while maintaining high service standards.

You will manage listings on Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop and Lazada, support campaigns and assist with promotional content. Training will be provided as needed and energy to excel in a fast-paced e-commerce environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and hosting livestreams.
• Confident, energetic and able to engage with customers.
• Detail-oriented with good organisational and multi-tasking skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Shopify or Canva; training provided.
• Previous e-commerce or livestream experience is a bonus but not required.
