Job summary

FURRY PLANET PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a detail‑oriented Fulfilment Assistant to support daily e-commerce operations.

The role involves processing orders across Shopee, Lazada, Shopify and other channels, picking and packing accurately, and ensuring timely dispatch. You will handle stock receipt, inventory checks, cycle counts and updates, keep shelves and packing areas tidy, and assist with basic admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce fulfilment preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good time management and accuracy in picking/packing.
• Comfortable with standing for long periods and lifting small to medium loads.

Responsibilities

• Process and fulfil daily e-commerce orders from Shopee, Lazada, Shopify and other sales channels.
• Pick, check and pack customer orders accurately according to the relevant order and packing documents.
• Ensure daily orders are completed and ready for dispatch within the required cut-off times.
• Receive incoming stock, tallying, checking and putting away goods in storage locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock-related tasks such as cycle counts and stock updates.
• Keep products, shelves, packing stations and the store/warehouse area neat and organized.
• Assist with basic administrative and store/warehouse duties as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned according to business needs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process and fulfil daily e-commerce orders from Shopee, Lazada, Shopify and other sales channels
• Pick, check and pack customer orders accurately according to the relevant order and packing documents
• Ensure daily orders are completed and ready for dispatch within the required cut-off times
• Receive incoming stock, including tallying, checking and putting away goods in the appropriate storage locations
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock-related tasks such as cycle counts, physical stock checks, low-stock monitoring and e-commerce inventory updates
• Keep products, shelves, packing stations and the general store area neat, organized and well maintained
• Assist with basic administrative and store/warehouse duties where required
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned from time to time according to business needs

REQUIREMENTS

• Comfortable working independently, as the role may involve working alone for much of the day
• Responsible and able to organise and complete daily tasks with minimal supervision
• Able to work efficiently and manage multiple orders in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
• Careful and detail-oriented, particularly when picking, checking and packing customer orders
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and handle cartons and stock of varying weights
• Punctual, reliable and willing to learn
• Basic computer literacy and comfortable using e-commerce/order processing systems
• Previous experience in e-commerce fulfilment, packing, inventory or warehouse work would be an advantage, but is not essential

WORKING DAYS & HOURS

• 5.5-day work week
• Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
• Saturday: 8.30am – 12.30pm
• Public holidays are off or compensated in accordance with company policy
