Job summary

Singapore E-Commerce Logistics & Warehousing Company is hiring a Warehouse E-commerce Assistant for our Joo Koon facility. Salary range SGD 2,300–2,600 per month, with OT rates of 1.5x / 2x. Location: Joo Koon (EW29).

Hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with 8 days off per month and some public-holiday work with a replacement day off. Responsibilities include picking and packing orders, ensuring correct items and labels, performing quality checks, assisting with ad-hoc warehouse

Qualifications

• Picking & packing experience is required.
• E-commerce warehouse experience is an advantage.
• Computer packing system training will be provided.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily targets.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and punctual.
• Able to stand for long working hours.
• Good teamwork and able to work efficiently.
• Good eyesight and able to handle items accurately.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders according to SOP
• Ensure correct items, quantities and labels before shipment
• Perform quality checks before packing
• Assist with ad-hoc warehouse duties
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of packing stations and warehouse
• Follow SOP and workplace safety guidelines

WORKING HOURS:

• Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• 8 days off per month
• Required to work on certain public holidays, with 1 replacement day off
• OT required when necessary (usually on Mondays)
