Etton Technology Group is seeking an energetic professional to manage daily e-commerce operations for an online bookstore. You will drive sales through order processing, content management, and multi-platform brand promotion.

The role requires hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Shopify, WordPress) and a proactive, detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced setting. Immediate start and comprehensive training are offered.

Qualifications

Job Summary

Manage daily e-commerce operations for an online bookstore, driving sales growth through order processing, customer engagement, content management, and multi-platform brand promotion.

Responsibilities

• Process daily sales orders, fulfill orders, update inventory, dispatch products, and manage invoicing to ensure smooth e-commerce operations
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews across online orders and social media platforms to resolve concerns
• Support initiatives that enhance customer loyalty, engagement, and purchase behavior on e-commerce channels
• Create and maintain accurate, up-to-date website content, ensuring product listings and prices comply with trading standards
• Develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns, managing budgets and analyzing performance to meet platform sales targets
• Manage brand presence and collaborative campaigns on third-party platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok to maximize exposure and sales
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review to inform decision-making
• Analyze online sales data, browsing activities, customer behavior, and purchasing patterns to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with Finance to support monthly account closing and reporting processes
• Evaluate current systems’ capabilities and implement continuous improvements to enhance e-commerce operations and processes
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to maintain competitive advantage
• Plan and execute e-commerce operational flows and promotional activities, including live streaming and giveaways, as required
• Provide administrative and accounting support to ensure operational efficiency
