Job summary

A leading fashion retailer in Singapore seeks an E-commerce Operations Executive to support the operational workflow for CK.com. This role focuses on ensuring smooth daily operations, managing order fulfillment, logistics, and inventory management. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce or Operations, possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and is proficient in tools like Excel and Power BI. The position requires good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce or Operations preferred.
• Strong understanding of order fulfilment cycles.
• Familiar with OMS/WMS systems; experience in SFCC/SFDC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor order flows across SFCC, OMS, SFDC, and WMS.
• Track fulfilment rates and highlight risks early.
• Coordinate with last-mile partners to resolve delivery delays.
• Partner with CS to resolve escalations related to order delays.
