Job summary

ZHEN TANG PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced e-commerce operations coordinator to manage end-to-end inventory, supplier liaison, international logistics, order fulfillment, and system integration across platforms.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Responsible for end-to-end e-commerce operations, including inventory management, supplier coordination, international logistics, order fulfillment, customer service, and system integration across e-commerce platforms and inventory systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management

• Manage daily inventory operations, including inbound and outbound stock.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.

2. Supplier & Logistics Coordination

• Liaise with suppliers on product ordering, shipment, and delivery.
• Coordinate the full supply chain: order placement, supplier dispatch, freight forwarder, international shipping, warehouse receipt.
• Manage order packing and shipping to customers.
• Handle product replacements, returns, and exchanges.

3. System & Platform Management

• Proficiently use e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems.
• Integrate and synchronise data across multiple systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) for reporting, data tracking, and documentation.

4. Customer Service

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve common issues.
• Identify recurring problems and propose practical solutions.
• Ensure timely and professional communication with customers.

Requirements

• Experience in e-commerce operations, inventory management, or supply chain.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g.,shoppe, Lazada, TikTok, Shopify, big seller etc.) and inventory systems (ERPNext, Xero, SAP etc.)
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.

Compensation & Incentives

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and capability.

Performance Incentive: Monthly/quarterly bonus tied to inventory accuracy, order fulfillment efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
