Job summary

HAPPY CAT AUCTIONS LLP in Singapore is seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to manage daily operations, product uploads, pricing and basic promotions, with a focus on driving digital sales and improving the online store experience.

You will oversee platform and catalog management across Shopee, Shopify and TikTok Shop, coordinate marketing campaigns, analyze data with Google Analytics, and ensure timely stock and customer support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee website functionality, design updates, and product listings on platforms like Shopee, Shopify and TikTok Shop.
• Coordinate search engine optimization (SEO), paid ads (PPC), and promotional campaigns across social media and email to attract targeted traffic.
• Track KPIs like conversion rates, traffic sources, and sales trends using tools like Google Analytics to make data-driven improvements.
• Ensure a smooth shopping journey from product discovery to checkout, and assist with complex customer inquiries or troubleshooting technical roadblocks
• Monitor stock levels and collaborate with supply chain or warehouse teams to prevent stockouts and ensure timely deliveries
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting to the Director

E-Commerce Specialist: Handles daily operations, product uploads, pricing, and basic promotions. He/she will need to manage and optimize an online store to drive digital sales, improve user experience, and maximize revenue

Core Responsibilities

• Platform & Catalog Management: Oversee website functionality, design updates, and product listings (including pricing, imagery, and descriptions) on platforms like Shopee, Shopify and TikTok Shop.
• Digital Marketing & SEO: Coordinate search engine optimization (SEO), paid ads (PPC), and promotional campaigns across social media and email to attract targeted traffic.
• Data Analysis & Optimization: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like conversion rates, traffic sources, and sales trends using tools like Google Analytics to make data-driven improvements.
• Customer Experience (CX) & Support: Ensure a smooth shopping journey from product discovery to checkout, and assist with complex customer inquiries or troubleshooting technical roadblocks
• Inventory & Fulfillment Coordination: Monitor stock levels and collaborate with supply chain or warehouse teams to prevent stockouts and ensure timely deliveries
• Reporting: To provide a weekly and monthly reporting to Director

Key Tasks

• Store Setup: Creating and verifying seller accounts.
• Product Listing: Uploading items with descriptions, tags, and photos.
• Inventory Control: Tracking stock levels to prevent overselling.
• Marketing & Ads: Setting up vouchers, sales campaigns, and running platform ads.
• Customer Service: Replying to chats and resolving buyer issues.
