Responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve order, returns, and customer inquiry issues promptly
• Analyze sales performance, website traffic, and conversion metrics to identify growth opportunities
• Optimize product visibility via webpage enhancements and keyword strategies
• Oversee logistics and warehouse operations coordinating with retail teams for accurate fulfillment
• Manage stock levels and warehouse workflows for inventory accuracy

Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms including website, Shopify, and apps to maintain accuracy and appeal
• Verify pricing, product descriptions, images, and inventory details to ensure consistency and correctness
• Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute online promotions, campaigns, and banners that drive sales
• Monitor and resolve issues related to orders, returns, cancellations, and customer inquiries promptly
• Analyze sales performance, website traffic, and conversion metrics to identify growth opportunities
• Optimize product visibility using webpage enhancements, keyword strategies, and platform tools
• Oversee logistics and warehouse operations by coordinating with retail teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Manage stock levels and warehouse workflows to maintain inventory accuracy and operational efficiency
• Liaise with suppliers to negotiate terms, manage contracts, and maintain strong vendor relationships

Required competencies and certifications
