Job summary

ZHEN TANG PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced e-commerce operations coordinator to manage end-to-end inventory, supplier liaison, international logistics, order fulfillment, and system integration across platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce operations, inventory management, or supply chain.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and inventory systems.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Good communication skills in Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily inventory operations, inbound and outbound stock.
• Monitor stock levels and reconcile discrepancies.
• Liaise with suppliers on ordering, shipment, and delivery.
• Coordinate full supply chain: orders, freight, international shipping, warehouse receipt.
• Manage order packing, returns, and exchanges.
• Use e-commerce platforms and inventory systems; integrate data across systems.
• Report data using Excel; maintain documentation.
