Job summary

Etton Bookstore is seeking a capable candidate to manage daily e-commerce operations, including order processing, fulfillment, inventory updates, and customer inquiries. You will also maintain site content and support campaigns across Shopee, Lazada and other platforms.

You will analyze sales data, assist with budget-driven campaigns, and collaborate with Finance for monthly close. Fresh graduates welcome; strong Adobe/Shopify/WordPress skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Secondary School/O Level or equivalent; Diploma/Certificate preferred.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/After Effects, Shopify, WordPress.
• Independent and meticulous with strong attention to detail.
• Self-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily e-commerce operations: process orders, fulfillment, inventory updates, dispatch, invoicing, and inquiries.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback on orders and social media.
• Support campaigns to increase loyalty, engagement, and purchases.
• Create and maintain website content; ensure product pages and prices are accurate.
• Plan campaigns and budgets; monitor performance and optimization.
• Manage brand presence on Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, etc., via cross-channel campaigns.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management review.
• Provide analytics on online sales, customer behavior, and trends.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operations of e-commerce: processing daily sales orders, order fulfillment, inventory updates, product dispatch, invoicing, and responding to customer inquiries etc..
• Promptly address customer inquiries, feedback, reviews, and resolve any customer concerns related to online orders and social media platforms.
• Participate in and support e-commerce initiatives to enhance customer loyalty, engagement, and purchase behavior.
• Create and maintain website content, ensuring all content is up-to-date, and verify that all pages, products, and prices on the site are accurate and in line with trading standards.
• Develop and execute strategies and campaigns to achieve e-commerce platform sales targets, with full responsibility for budget management, performance evaluation, optimization, and analysis.
• Manage brand presence on third-party e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, etc., through collaborative campaigns to maximize brand exposure and generate more sales.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management review.
• Provide analytical reports on online sales and browsing activities, customer behavior, and purchasing patterns.
• Work closely with the Finance team for monthly account closing reports.
• Understand the current system's capabilities and limitations and continuously implement improvements to systems and processes.
• Closely monitor competitors' activities and stay updated on current market trends.
• Plan and execute the operational flow of e-commerce operations, activities (e.g., live streaming, giveaway campaigns, etc.), and projects when required.
• Provide administrative and accounting supports.

Requirements

• Secondary School/O Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, preferably in the field of Marketing/Business Management or equivalent.
• Candidates with specialization in Digital Marketing/E-commerce/website administration or equivalent are preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/After Effects/Shopify/WordPress.
• Possess initiative and be results-oriented.
• Meticulous and highly accurate in assigned tasks.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to cover other duties if required
