Job summary

InternSG in Singapore seeks a motivated intern/part-time e-commerce assistant to support daily operations. You will manage product listings, update content, and help maintain multiple online stores. Training will be provided, and no prior experience is required.

You will work closely with the E-commerce Manager on stock checks, order processing, and promotional campaigns, gaining hands-on experience in online retail.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing NITEC, Higher NITEC, polytechnic diploma or university.
• Part-time applicants are welcome.
• Basic computer literacy and MS Office skills required.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Create and upload new product listings on e-commerce platforms.
• Update product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and categories.
• Perform daily stock updates to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Check product listings for missing information or errors.
• Assist in processing online orders and monitoring order status.
• Support B2B online customer enquiries.
• Assist with promotional campaigns, vouchers, and online store maintenance.
• Perform simple data entry, Excel updates, and administrative tasks.
• Carry out other ad-hoc duties assigned by the E-commerce Manager.
