Job summary

ERA INTERNATIONAL NETWORK PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a proactive individual to drive our E-commerce growth and boost online sales. You will develop and execute online marketing strategies in collaboration with management.

You will manage brand presence on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok and other platforms, coordinate campaigns, and support day-to-day E-commerce operations including fulfilment, inventory and customer inquiries.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Design, Multimedia, or related field.
• Developed Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good team player who can work independently.
• Proactive, self-driven and result oriented.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and be responsible for the growth of our company E-commerce business.
• Work closely with management to increase E-commerce sales through conceptualising, developing and executing effective online marketing strategies.
• Manage brand presences on third‑party E-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc., through campaign collaborations so as to maximise the brand exposure and generate more sales.
• Work closely with internal team to implement effective digital marketing strategies to drive more traffic to all our company social media platforms e.g. Facebook, Instagram and to grow our company’s e‑store business.
• Assist with day‑to‑day operations of the E‑commerce operations, such as order fulfilment, inventory management, customer enquiries and web‑site development.
• Stay up to date on digital technology and explore opportunities to capitalise on the newest trend of consumer behaviour in E‑commerce.
• Monitor product listings, shop‑in‑shop designs and ensure contents are aligned with brands’ marketing and promotion plans.
• Monitor and ensure that pricing is consistent and competitive across all third‑party E‑commerce platforms.
• Ensure timely execution of promotions such as alignment of campaign calendars of various e‑commerce official online channels.
• Any other ad‑hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Relevant Diploma/ Degree in Business, Marketing, Design, Multimedia, and other related courses or experience.
