Job summary

HONG XIN DA PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive E-Commerce Coordinator to manage daily operations across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, NTUC Online, and other platforms. You will oversee orders, customer service, warehouse fulfilment, and timely deliveries to ensure a seamless customer experience.

You will coordinate with internal teams, maintain product listings and inventory, and help plan campaigns and promotions to drive online sales. Strong Excel and ERP familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations
• Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, NTUC Online
• Good understanding of online order processing and marketplace operations
• Experience coordinating warehouse fulfilment and delivery arrangements is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with ERP or order management systems is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

E-Commerce Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented E-Commerce Coordinator to manage daily operations across multiple e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, NTUC Online, and other online marketplaces. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing orders, providing excellent customer service, coordinating warehouse fulfilment, and arranging timely deliveries to ensure a smooth end-to-end customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Operations

• Manage daily operations across e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, NTUC Online, and other online marketplaces.
• Process and monitor online orders to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Update product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory across all platforms.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment with the warehouse team.
• Assist in planning and executing online campaigns, promotions, and flash sales.

Customer Service

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via chat, email, and phone.
• Handle customer complaints, returns, refunds, exchanges, and order-related issues professionally.
• Monitor platform response rates and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Warehouse & Order Fulfilment

• Coordinate daily picking, packing, and order fulfilment with the warehouse team.
• Ensure orders are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched according to delivery schedules.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and report stock discrepancies.
• Assist in stock-taking and inventory control activities when required.

Delivery & Logistics Coordination

• Arrange daily delivery schedules and assign deliveries to in-house drivers or third-party logistics providers.
• Coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure timely collection and delivery of orders.
• Track delivery status and resolve delivery issues or delays.
• Prepare delivery documents and maintain accurate shipping records.
• Liaise with courier companies and logistics partners regarding shipments and collections.

Administration & Reporting

• Prepare daily sales, order fulfilment, and inventory reports.
• Maintain accurate records of customer orders, deliveries, and returns.
• Assist in improving operational processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
