We are seeking a proactive, creative team member to join our growing operation in a hands-on role covering e-commerce operations, marketing and content creation. Responsibilities include managing daily operations on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Shopify; optimizing listings; handling orders and customer inquiries; developing social media content; shooting and editing short-form videos; taking product photos; and

Qualifications

• Experience creating content for e-commerce platforms.
• Proficient in product photography and video editing.
• Ability to design and optimize product images for online listings.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Shopify for orders and customer service
• Create and optimize product listings to boost visibility and sales
• Process standard and customized orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle customer enquiries and returns promptly to maintain satisfaction
• Assist with inventory management and purchasing to support stock

This is a hands-on role covering e-commerce operations, marketing and content creation, with opportunities to grow and take ownership of different areas of the business.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Shopify to ensure smooth order processing and customer service
• Create and optimize product listings to enhance visibility and increase sales conversion rates
• Process standard and customized orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle customer enquiries and returns promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction
• Assist with inventory management and purchasing to support stock availability
• Plan and execute platform-specific campaigns and promotions to boost sales performance
• Develop and produce social media content aligned with marketing strategies
• Shoot and edit short-form videos to engage target audiences and promote products
• Take and edit product photos to improve visual appeal and product presentation
• Design and optimise product images for online platforms to enhance user experience
• Generate innovative ideas to improve product presentation and increase sales impact
• Research and explore new marketing opportunities and trends to keep the brand competitive

Preferred competencies

• Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or Shopify platforms is an advantage
• Skills in content creation, photography, video editing or graphic design are a plus
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
• Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented work approach
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Proficient communication skills in English and Mandarin

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm; Saturday: 9:00am - 2:00pm
