Etton Technology Group is seeking an energetic professional to manage daily e-commerce operations for an online bookstore. You will drive sales through order processing, content management, and multi-platform brand promotion.

The role requires hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Shopify, WordPress) and a proactive, detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced setting. Immediate start and comprehensive training are offered.

Qualifications

• Specialization in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Website Administration, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Shopify, and WordPress.
• Initiative-taking and results-oriented mindset.
• Meticulous attention to detail and high accuracy in task execution.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and support business decisions.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to cover additional duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Process daily sales and manage e-commerce operations.
• Respond to customer inquiries and reviews across platforms.
• Support loyalty initiatives to drive engagement and purchases.
• Create and maintain accurate website content and pricing.
• Develop and execute sales campaigns with budget management.
• Manage brand presence on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management.
• Analyze online data to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Finance for monthly close and reporting.
• Evaluate systems and implement process improvements.
• Monitor competitors and market trends.
• Plan e-commerce flows and promotions, including live events.
• Provide admin and accounting support as needed.
• Utilize short video content creation to boost marketing (advantageous).
