FROSTS FOOD & BEVERAGE (PTE.) LTD. in Singapore is seeking a commercially driven Assistant E-Commerce Manager with at least 3 years of experience managing e-commerce or quick-commerce accounts in Singapore.

You will manage the e-commerce channel, drive sales growth, handle account management, promotions, listings and stock availability. Experience with major online grocery platforms like RedMart or Pandamart is highly desirable.

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant e-commerce/account management experience in Singapore.
• Hands-on experience managing platforms such as RedMart and Pandamart.
• Experience in FMCG, food & beverage or consumer products is an advantage.
• Strong data interpretation and ability to translate insights into actions.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities across departments.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day commercial relationships with RedMart, Pandamart and other accounts.
• Develop account plans to grow sales, distribution and market presence.
• Negotiate promotional activities and trading arrangements.
• Plan and execute platform promotions and campaigns.
• Coordinate product listings, assortment and pricing.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare forecasts.
• Liaise with principals, customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate inventory and ensure stock availability.
