Job summary

MCI Career Services Pte Ltd is seeking an E-commerce Manager to lead online revenue growth across company-owned platforms in Singapore and regional markets. You will oversee a team of e-commerce professionals, work with marketing and merchandising, and optimize content and UX to maximize conversions.

The role requires 3-5 years of e-commerce leadership, experience in fashion/retail/FMCG, and strong analytics with GA/SEO.

Qualifications

3-5 years of E-commerce management experience.
Experience with company-owned e-commerce websites across markets.
Leadership and ability to manage a 5-person team.
Experience in Fashion, Retail, or FMCG industries.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy to drive online revenue growth.
Manage the company’s e-commerce team including executives, UI/UX designers and data analysts.
Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and teams to improve listings, content and site functionality.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversions and retention.
Monitor KPIs and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and e-commerce regulations.
