Job summary

INTERO ENTERPRISE PTE. LTD. is seeking an E-commerce Sales & Operations Executive to manage and grow online sales across platforms, optimize listings, and ensure a smooth customer experience. You will oversee day-to-day operations, handle campaigns, and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of sales metrics.
• Knowledge of pricing strategy, margins and commissions.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing (ads, SEO, campaigns).
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales on platforms (Shopee, Lazada, XHS, Shopify, etc.).
• Monitor daily performance and optimize strategies to hit targets.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, vouchers and discounts.
• Analyze pricing to stay competitive while maintaining margins.
• Create, upload and optimize product listings and content.
• Improve SEO visibility within platforms.
• Oversee order processing, packing and delivery coordination.
• Collaborate with logistics to ensure timely delivery and handle returns.
• Plan monthly campaigns and monitor ROI with marketing.
• Track metrics and generate weekly/monthly reports with insights.
• Respond to customer inquiries and maintain high satisfaction.
• Identify issues and drive process improvements.
