You will manage e-commerce accounts, promotions, listings and stock availability, coordinating with internal teams to optimize margins and performance.

Experience with RedMart or Pandamart, strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills are essential to drive listings, pricing and campaigns and to expand our online footprint.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in business, marketing, e-commerce or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing e-commerce or quick-commerce accounts in Singapore.
• Hands-on experience managing platforms such as RedMart and/or Pandamart is strongly preferred.
• Experience within FMCG, food & beverage, grocery or consumer products would be an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in account management, commercial negotiations and promotional planning.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and customer data and turn insights into actions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good understanding of pricing, margins, trade promotions and commercial fundamentals.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across different departments.
• Self-motivated, commercially minded, detail-oriented and results-driven.
• Adaptable, ready to embrace changes and take-on additional roles when required.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day commercial relationships with e-commerce accounts such as RedMart and Pandamart.
• Develop account plans and identify opportunities to grow sales, distribution and market presence.
• Build strong relationships with buyers, category managers and customer stakeholders.
• Conduct regular business reviews and follow up on actions.
• Identify opportunities for new product listings and online growth.
