Job summary

The SupremeHR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive supermarket and online sales across our e-commerce channels in Singapore. You will manage and optimise platforms, maintain product content, and coordinate digital campaigns.

Ideal candidates have a diploma or degree in business, marketing or e-commerce, 1–3 years in related fields, and hands-on experience with Shopify, Shopee and Lazada. FMCG exposure is a plus; join a dynamic team and contribute to growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing or related discipline.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in business development, e-commerce, digital marketing or retail sales.
• Experience in FMCG, food products or modern trade is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the Company's e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other marketplaces).
• Maintain and update website content, product information, and online campaigns.
• Handle product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory, and online merchandising.
• Monitor online sales performance, website traffic, and marketplace metrics.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and online sales.
• Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and coordinate campaigns.
• Prepare regular sales, marketing, and business performance reports.
• Collaborate with retailers, distributors, and marketplace partners on growth initiatives.
