The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd invites applications for the role of Application Software Analyst based in Hougang. You will provide first- and second-level IT support to users, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ERP processes, and system integrations.

Competenze

Diploma or Degree in IT, CS, BIS or related field.
Experience in IT support, application support or IT operations.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Mansioni

Provide first- and second-level IT support to users, incl. troubleshooting hardware, software, network and application issues.
Develop and maintain understanding of Business Central and business workflows.
Support APIs, web services and system integrations between Business Central and other apps.
Monitor and troubleshoot system and integration issues; coordinate with vendors when needed.
Maintain IT, application, system integration and Business Central documentation.
