Job summary

This role provides first- and second-level IT support for users, troubleshoots hardware, software, and network issues, and supports key business systems including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will develop a solid understanding of Business Central and the organisation’s workflows, assist in translating business requirements into IT solutions, and manage user access and IT security.

Qualifications

• IT or related degree and hands-on IT support experience.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and ERP concepts.
• Understanding of end-to-end business workflows and IT integration basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level IT support for users, including troubleshooting.
• Support Business Central and other business systems, and understand related workflows.
• Assist in analyzing business requirements and translate to IT solutions.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, roles and permissions.
• Support IT security, compliance and incident handling.
• Collaborate on IT projects, testing, and UAT with vendors and teams.
• Document IT and integration processes and monitor system health.
