Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an IT support specialist in Hougang, Singapore, to provide 1st and 2nd line support for hardware, software, network and application issues. The role focuses on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and ERP workflows.

You will help users resolve BC application issues, translate business requirements into IT solutions, and assist in IT projects, testing and UAT within a 5-day workweek.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in IT, CS, BIS or related field.
Experience in IT support, application support or IT operations.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Understanding of ERP systems and core business processes.

Responsibilities

Provide first- and second-level IT support to users.
Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related apps.
Understand business workflows across purchasing, sales, inventory, finance.
Manage user accounts, access rights and security.
Coordinate issue resolution with vendors and IT teams.
Contribute to IT projects, testing and UAT.
